Warranty Policy

• JVJ warrants that JVJ brand products, under normal circumstances of usage, are free from defects in material and workmanship. For any unit proved to be defective, JVJ will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the unit, free of charge. The replacement unit will be either new or repaired, at JVJ's option.
• Willful damage to the product, damage due to neglect or ignorance, modifying or tampering with the product, product components or product labels will void the warranty.

This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.

Warranty Period

• JVJ Helicopter: 1 year warranty
• JVJ Digital (MP3/U-disk/DVR/Memory card...): 3 years warranty
• JVJ Audio (Amplifier, Speaker): 5 years warranty
• JVJ Network (ADSL, Router): 3 years warranty
• JVJ Smart Pointer (Laser Pen) : 1 month warranty

The following parts are not covered by this warranty

• Modules that are missing the label containing our part number.
• Turbo Memory with the heat spreader removed.
• Modules that were purchased from other end users.
• Modules that JVJ determines were not manufactured by JVJ, i.e., counterfeit JVJ modules.
